Christie has been with RSG since 2007 and is a ​​member of the Executive Committee at RSG.  She has over 21 years of industry experience, with a focus on participant education and engagement..

In her role as Senior Relationship Manager and as the Leader of the Participant Engagement Team, her mission is for her and her team to touch and to teach as many plan participants each year as possible with the sole focus of positive participant outcomes. Her team brings highly customized, fun and interactive programs to help employees understand the importance of retirement savings. As a result, less stressed employees make for more productive and happier employees which aid employers with retaining their talented staff.

Christie is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and a Certified Financial Education Instructor, and holds her FINRA Series 6,7, and 63. Outside of the office, Christie spends time with her husband, 2 children and cat, and has an excessive love for exploring new foods.
