Manuel joined the RSG team in 2020 and serves as a Plan Consultant. He handles matters related to ERISA compliance, plan design, and annual administration on defined contribution plans. A part of his responsibilities include contribution calculations, discrimination testing, financial data reconciliation and preparing year-end annual reports. He also responds to requests or questions from plan sponsors regarding compliance and eligibility as needed. Around the office, Manny promotes inclusion and a team mentality by including everybody in team calls and conversations. Outside of the office, Manuel loves the color pink, cities and has an obsession with breakfast cuisines.
