Mary W. is in Plan Administration of Defined Contribution plans, joining the RSG team in 2014.  As a Plan Consultant, she works with clients on keeping the Plan operating in compliance based on the Plan Document.  That typically includes census analysis, contribution calculations,, annual non-discrimination testing, and financial reconciliation. In addition to being a Plan Consultant, all new clients meet Mary as part of the onboarding process, as she is your liaison as a  New Business Coordinator.  When Mary is not working, she is a dog mom and enjoys gardening, bringing Pinterest pins to life and spending time with family and friends.
