About Me
Michael brings more than 30 years of industry experience to his role as Director of Finance & Operations. He oversees the firm's day-to-day financial management--budgets, payroll, cash flow, and vendor oversight--while working closely withe leadership to align finances with RSG's growth goals. Mike focuses on improving efficiency, streamlining operations, exploring outsourcing opportunities, and building tools that give the team clearer insight into the numbers as RSG prepares for its next chapter of growth.
He supports a wide range of RSG's services, including advisory, plan consulting, third-party administration, actuarial services, and co-fiduciary support. Mike holds a degree from Saint Anselm College and an MBA from Bentley University.
Outside the office, he enjoys skiing, traveling, spending time on the waters of Cape Cod, and being with family.
