Meet Eileen Horton

Eileen first joined Retirement Solution Group as a Benefits Analyst after graduating in 2021 from Michigan State University and quickly advanced to a Jr. Plan Consultant. Responding daily on payroll, regulatory and industry related questions, her position on the team supports plan consultants with analysis, research, as well as helping her own clients meet tax and regulatory requirements.

Eileen prides herself in answering plan participants questions clearly, quickly and efficiently. Her best advice for employees of RSG’s small business clients is to start saving for retirement as soon as possible–it matters.

She enjoys working in support for small businesses and knows that it takes a team to succeed. Of course, she probably learned that early in life, growing up with 4 brothers and a sister. (She falls second in line.)
