A client didn't truly understand the rules regarding 401k plans. Through many discussions, I was able to help them understand the dos and don'ts and helped them to fix their current mistakes and become compliant. The client was very grateful for the knowledge and help that I was able to provide them.
About Me
As a Plan Consultant, Kim works with small business to ensure their retirement plan not only works smart but is also in compliance. She is involved with plan administration including annual nondiscrimination testing, contribution calculations, account reconciliation, and 5500 Form preparation and filing.
Kim has built strong relationships with her clients, becoming a true resource in helping them understand their plans. She has an uncanny way of making complex 401(k) compliance simple, easily explaining the dos and don'ts, and avoiding plan errors.
