My Favorite Thing About My Work at RSG

What we do matters. For most people their 401(k) is their largest investible asset they will ever own/manage. There have been so many moments over 18 years, but one in particular is the Retirement Readiness Seminars we have built for our largest client. Hundreds of people showing up on a Saturday morning, often a bit confused and intimidated, leave with big smiles as the path to their next chapter is noticeably clearer.

About Me

Since founding RSG in 2005, Steve has built a firm with the goal of building a nationally recognized industry leader in the retirement plan consulting space. With 28+ years of industry experience, and has worked for vendors such as State Street Global Advisors, Manulife Financial and John Hancock. Steve has been committed to firm growth through being active in business development and the merger & acquisition space.

Today as CEO, Steve performs many strategic initiatives as RSG prepares for the coming chapters for our firm and the industry. Steve remains very active and hand’s on with client management, particularly focused on the $1 bb + in assets in the client space where the firm operates in a fiduciary capacity.

In my free time, I am often engaged in some sort of sport. Whether it be coaching at Saint Patrick's Academy; cheering my daughter Mya on at a swim meet; standing mountain side as my son Sam competes in ski racing; getting my butt kicked on the tennis courts by my wife Christie; or being a general embarrassment to the game of golf. Life is a game, have fun with it!
