My Favorite Thing About My Work at RSG

Our industry is guilty of providing more support to those with big account balances. My work is most satisfying when I help those with very little. After meeting regularly with an employee for several years, I was so happy to see that she was able to enroll into the 401(K) plan at 1% which is what her budget allowed for at the time. She had gone through a separation, then a painful divorce and was supporting a large family so she could not participate years ago. However, she understood through our meetings the importance of saving for her own retirement, had a plan to enroll as soon as her financial situation allowed for it, and executed that plan. She thanked me, in tears, for making time for her all those years she could not participate.

About Me

In her role as Senior Relationship Manager and as a member of the Participant Engagement Team, her mission is to touch and to teach as many plan participants each year as possible with the sole focus of positive participant outcomes.

Her team brings highly customized, fun and interactive programs to help employees understand the importance of retirement savings. As a result, less stressed employees make for more productive and happier employees which aid employers with retaining their talented staff.
